FAQ
Q: If we need to shoot additional locations, what is the added investment?
A. While each location may incur its own cost, our additional cost is $150 per location change.
(note: time spent moving between locations should be considered when booking time)
Q: Should we need extra time on the day of, what can we expect to pay for your extra time?
A: Additional hours may vary based on the type of shoot that we are producing, and the amount of personnel that we have on set that day. Please consider all timing constraints when booking to allow for the proper production time, and avoid scheduling conflicts.
Q: Oh no! What if we need to cancel?
A: If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule, any reschedule requests will be dependent on availability. Cancelations on your behalf, which occur within 30 days of schedule production date, will result in a loss of deposit. The full value of your deposit may be used on any future goods or services.
Q: What if we want different deliverables?
A: All of our deliverables can be tailored to your taste, and needs. The packages that you see here are simply a baseline. We're always interested in creating the perfect deliverables to fit your needs.
Q: How Do we prepare for our shoot?
A: Most businesses that I work with have a marketing department or manager (sometimes that's just an owner with a really great sense of branding). It is generally up to them to articulate the vibe that they would like to capture, and the ideal deliverables. However, I understand this isn't the case for some businesses. If you book reasonably far in advance (3+ weeks in most cases), my team and I can help create your mood board and game plan. Please understand, while we do capture and help establish brands, we are not an ad/marketing agency. Agencies have a specific skillset that allows them to give you a cohesive brand strategy. Providing my team with a clear and distinctive idea of what you're looking for will help us to create a proper shot list and plan for the day of our shoot. You will also want to be sure to provide all props, wardrobe, etc.
Q: We have video editors on our team, but we just can't always get good footage. Are we allowed to access the footage ourselves?
A: I am always happy to share the footage that I capture for you. I will always keep backup copies on my end, but you will be responsible for providing a Dropbox, Google Drive, or Frame.io link. Additionally, you may provide me with a Portable SSD to share your footage with you. All Portable SSDs will be returned in person, or by mail.
